metaphysical + spatial designer
Avril launched her design career at the New Zealand College of Fashion Design in the 70s, combining her creative talent with a passion for innovation. Her journey spans three continents, blending decades of hands-on experience with a deep interest in the metaphysical, resulting in a uniquely eclectic perspective. From 1986 to 2016, Avril designed and operated bespoke fashion boutiques—including bridal stores—across North Carolina, Miami, London, and New Zealand.
Since the 1980s, Avril has expanded her expertise into home design, building and developing over 30 residences across Mainland USA, New Zealand, and Hawai‘i. Guided by custom Feng Shui maps tailored to each space, her designs prioritize harmony and balance, creating environments that not only feel good but also inspire human flourishing.
